Tanisha Norine Williams is an instructional leader, consultant, entrepreneur, speaker and advocate committed to empowering families, equipping leaders and transforming education. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NORWILL, Inc., she works with families, schools, districts, higher education institutions, nonprofits, government agencies and community organizations to create innovative solutions that improve student outcomes and strengthen educational systems.

With more than 19 years of experience in education and over two decades of leadership and business experience, Tanisha has served as a business owner, business leader, teacher, assistant principal, administrator, instructional coach and educational consultant. Her work spans curriculum and instruction, leadership development, school improvement, strategic planning, student achievement, family engagement and organizational growth.

Tanisha holds a Master of Science in Educational Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin. She is certified in Composite Science, LPAC, T-TESS, P-TESS, and School Administration (Principal EC-12). An entrepreneur since the age of 21, Tanisha has dedicated more than two decades to building businesses, developing leaders, and creating opportunities for growth and collaboration. Leveraging the power of strategic relationships, she has cultivated a network of professionals, educators, entrepreneurs and thought leaders while helping launch businesses and grow and strengthen teams and organizations. Her expertise in business development, leadership, marketing, organizational strategy, and partnership cultivation allows her to bring a unique perspective to every engagement, combining educational excellence with proven business principles to drive meaningful and measurable results.

Throughout her career, Tanisha has successfully led initiatives that increased student achievement, strengthened instructional practices, developed leadership capacity and improved organizational effectiveness. She is particularly passionate about supporting families, educators and leaders in creating environments where every learner can thrive regardless of background, circumstance, or ability.

In 2017, Tanisha developed a Student-Led Instructional Framework designed to increase student engagement, ownership, critical thinking and academic performance. She successfully implemented these practices within a Disciplinary Alternative Education Program, inspiring at-risk students, students with judicial appointments and students in special populations to actively participate, achieve and excel. She also possesses extensive experience supporting students with cognitive and physical disabilities and provides guidance to families, teachers and administrators serving diverse student populations.

Tanisha also the founded Queenstitute, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people through leadership development, academic achievement, personal growth and community service in 2015. Her commitment to empowering families, developing leaders and creating pathways to success continues to drive her innovation and impact.
